PMO Retrofit Coordinator Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for implementation of fleet modifications and upgrades focusing on improvement of dispatch reliability and aircraft availability. Lead retrofit programs, create and present updates to management, coordinate with customers and cross-site managers to ensure applicable retrofits/repairs are compliant, develop processes to optimize decision-making, administer retrofit program schedules and mitigation plans, support In-Service Evaluations and program reporting, generate clear performance reports and dashboards, and guide Retrofit Coordinators in challenging situations. Proficient in aircraft systems operations, FAA regulations, blueprints, and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word usage; 5+ years in major project/program management with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aviation, or a related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- 10 years formal experience with regard to planning, scheduling, and maintaining overall business analysis with demonstrated performance.
