Job Summary
Organize and coordinate the project and service teams while supervising progress and ensuring quality compliance against ISO 25010 standards. Manage new applications or services provided to public administrations, planning maintenance and support while updating the project based on changing contexts. Govern technology evolution and cloud migration projects, controlling costs, resources, and risks with corrective measures. Communicate results and evaluations to final users at the managerial level, utilizing methodologies for development, testing, and business change management. This role supports In.HR's ICT services division in Rome with a permanent contract.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or Economics
- At least 2 years of experience in managing medium and large-scale IT projects
- Experience in software development projects including cost and resource estimation, activity planning, progress control, result verification, corrective measures, final accounting, and communication with end-users at a managerial level
- Experience governing technology evolution and cloud migration projects
- Knowledge of project management and risk management techniques and products
- Product/Service Planning
- Project and Portfolio Management

- Development methodologies (management systems, websites, knowledge systems) and testing methodologies (functional, integration, security, usability, accessibility, load)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on projects related to Public Administrations
- Possession of at least one of the following valid certifications: PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM Foundation, or Practitioner
