Facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas and capturing minutes, and monitor contract performance against targets to flag risks early. Oversee financial reporting for multiple contracts, manage Purchase Orders and Statements of Work, and support budget and procurement administration. Required Qualifications
- A go-getter mentality — you take initiative, act quickly on issues and requests, and don't need constant direction to get things moving.
- Ownership to closure — you stay on top of open items, follow through relentlessly, and drive things through to completion rather than letting them drift.
- Organizational strength — meticulous attention to detail with a methodical approach to data, spreadsheets, and file management.
- Strong communication — confident, clear, and comfortable working with multidisciplinary squads (developers, designers, client stakeholders).
- Agile familiarity — foundational interest or working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
- Background — typically suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in delivery management.
