Job Summary
Regional PMO Process & Tools Leader responsible for defining SOPs and governance for project management, socializing global methodologies, and driving visible, data-driven decision-making across the Rest of Asia (APAC) region. You will own the tool strategy and implementation for project management platforms (e.g., Primavera P6, Planisware, SAP PS), lead configuration, testing, and deployment, and serve as the primary technical contact for vendors and IT. Design and automate executive dashboards (Power BI) for real-time project health, cost, and schedule variances; establish data validation to ensure a single version of the truth. Develop training curricula, lead change management initiatives, and facilitate a PM community of practice. Manage Closeout portfolio in Rest of Asia and lead APAC regional initiatives while driving process automation and continuous improvement. Relocation is not provided. Addressing climate priority and GE Vernova mission are part of the broader context of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of total experience in a project-intensive environment, with at least 3 years specifically within a PMO or Project Controls function
- Systems Proficiency: Minimum 3 years of direct experience utilizing GEV GSI project management tools and standard enterprise platforms
- Core Competencies: End-to-end lifecycle management, PMO governance, KPI tracking, risk management, project closeout
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead change management initiatives and training
- Experience with data visualization and executive dashboards
