Job Summary
Contribute to the pilotage and follow-up of the MNBC-w strategic project by preparing instances, managing planning, milestones, risks, and action plans. Coordinate closely with PMOs from the 4CB and BCE to ensure a consistent project vision, while advocating for the project and Banque de France positions with pragmatism and diplomacy. Ensure regular reporting to the PM, 4CB Steering Board, and BCE, maintaining strong links with operational managers. Build, update, and consolidate the project schedule, and rationalize tracking tools and dashboards. Join a multicultural international team supporting the Eurosystem within the DGSI.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience avérée de PMO sur des projets à fort enjeux
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse (suivi des KPIs, risques)
- Excellentes compétences de communication et de coordination en contexte international (en anglais)
- Maîtrise des méthodologie de gestion de projets et outillages associés MS Project /Sharepoint
- Aisance avec les outils de suivi et de pilotage JIRA, Planner (ou équivalents)
- Langue Anglaise -Test linguistique : B2
- Capacité à porter et argumenter des positions pour le projet et la Banque de France, avec pragmatisme et diplomatie
