Job Summary
PMO Manager role overseeing end-to-end project delivery for customer implementations and renewals, driving group and customer analytics, supporting pricing governance, and leading implementation management. Responsibilities include governance routines, KPI reporting, cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance and Customer Service, development of PMO methodologies and tools, and producing executive-level reports. Requires strong project management background, experience in PMO or commercial operations, and advanced analytical capabilities with tools like Excel/Power BI. Also emphasizes data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle. Occasional travel to support customer deployments and implementations across Europe; remote work supported.
Required Qualifications
- PMP or Prince2 certification desirable
- PMO experience
- experience in analytics or business management
- strong analytical skills
- proficiency with Excel/Power BI or similar tools
- excellent communication and stakeholder management
