Job Summary
Lead project governance, resource planning, and strategic execution for end-to-end telecom project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Act as a key point of contact for clients to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare cost estimates, track budgets, and monitor expenses to support cost optimization while ensuring profitability. Generate regular progress reports, MIS reports, and dashboards for management and clients highlighting milestones, risks, and performance. Coordinate with technical teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth rollout, installation, and maintenance. Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and maintain compliance with industry specifications and client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of PMO or Project Management experience within the Telecommunications industry (Fixed Network and/or Mobile Network)
- Experience managing PMOs and large-scale project portfolios
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities
- Experience with project management tools and PMO governance frameworks
- Proficiency in using project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Jira, or similar PMO tools
- Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, MIS reporting, and PMO governance for telecom projects
- Direct management of client communications, project governance meetings, and stakeholder escalations for telecom operators or telecom clients
- Experience managing telecom infrastructure projects such as FTTH, FTTx, Mobile Network Rollout, 4G/5G, Transmission, OSP, or IBS
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, or equivalent project management certification
