Job Summary
Lead program governance, reporting, and performance tracking for ING Australia's Core Banking Transformation Program. Manage planning, prioritization, milestone delivery, and financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization. Engage local and global stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive strategic outcomes while supporting vendor management and contract governance. Apply risk management and continuous improvement best practices to ensure delivery excellence across the initiative. This 12-month part-time role offers three days per week with flexibility for parental leave coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Proven PMO leadership experience within large-scale, complex transformation programs
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and engage senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience supporting Steering Committees
- Experience preparing high-quality papers, board-level reporting packs, presentations and governance artefacts
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies
- Experience with governance frameworks
- Experience with risk management
- Experience with reporting
- Experience using ServiceNow and/or similar portfolio management tools
- Expertise in financial management
- Expertise in resource planning
- Expertise in budgeting
- Expertise in forecasting
- Expertise in commercial/vendor management
