PMO Manager (m/w/d)

Lead multiple complex projects and programs independently, guiding them from conception through implementation while ensuring economic and technical feasibility. Develop project strategies, define objectives, and manage budgets, timelines, and resources across logistics, chemistry, and manufacturing domains. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, monitor progress, costs, quality, and risks, and prepare decision-making materials for management. Lead and develop your team by setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage suppliers and external service providers to ensure timely performance.
