Job Summary
Establish and maintain PMO standards, procedures, and reporting frameworks for large-scale construction and electrical projects. Monitor project performance, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects while ensuring compliance with governance, risk management, and quality standards. Facilitate strategic prioritization, portfolio management, and decision-making processes to optimize project delivery. Mentor and coordinate project managers and teams to support senior management reporting. Requires 15+ years of experience in construction companies with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, PMP certification, and expertise in planning methodologies. Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- GCC Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in project management / PMO roles within construction companies
- Hands-on experience working with construction contracting companies
- Strong experience of project management methodologies, planning, and reporting tools
- Experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent projects
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
