Job Summary
Conduct thorough scoping and stakeholder-resource analysis for transition projects, innovation initiatives, and business integration efforts. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clients, Executive Leadership, Operations, and HR throughout the project cycle while offering mentorship to project team members. Gather high-level business requirements, translate them into project charters and plans covering scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and issues. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks and maintaining organization to meet target timelines. Participate in or lead project governance, execute communication and engagement plans, and identify, analyze, mitigate, and control project risks and issues. Handle administrative responsibilities such as preparing documentation, reports, presentations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies to bring innovative approaches to project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management, and/or program management roles
- Proven experience in project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Strong understanding of program management, including service delivery processes and its governance
- Solid stakeholder and client management skills
- Can confidently drive engagement with teams located in multiple locations
- Ability to travel to Gear Inc. locations globally
Desired Qualifications

- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant certifications
