PMO Lead

Job Summary
PMO Lead required to design, set up and run the Program Management Office for a government-adjacent ICT portfolio. You will work with the Senior Director, ICT Portfolio Delivery to establish governance, management artefacts, processes and assurance for both program-based and BAU operational projects. Key duties include developing and maintaining program analysis documentation, applying conceptual analytical skills to understand how issues integrate, and administering PMO processes and third-party applications that support PMO functions. Proficiency with governance frameworks such as MSP, PRINCE2, and P30 in an ICT or related environment is required; government experience is advantageous. This is a long-term contract with potential extensions; CV submission is required for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated superior written communication skills
- Experience in program management office processes and procedures
- Ability to run and administer third party application systems for PMO
- Knowledge of governance and project management methodologies: MSP, PRINCE2, P30
- Experience in ICT or related environment; government experience advantageous
