Job Summary

Establish and mature PMO governance, Lean transformation, and financial practices to enable the Cloud, Compute, and Infrastructure organization to deliver with structure and accountability. Drive organization-wide project governance by conducting workshops to build common discipline, designing a centralized SharePoint repository, and ensuring data integration into executive tracking tools. Lead the multi-year SMO Clone and Convey Account Transferability Program, orchestrating the migration of 78 cloud accounts to eliminate costs and reduce operational friction. Apply Lean methodology and Generative AI to improve quality and efficiency, including the CloudOps Zero Outage transformation and BU S2 JDI demand management shifts. Design a comprehensive Financial Accountability Framework, resolve billing anomalies, and institutionalize structured review cadences to improve cost transparency. Partner across Network, Identity, Cyber, and business stakeholders to accelerate separation execution and improve delivery outcomes across a complex portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience leading PMO governance, enterprise technology programs, Lean transformation, operational excellence, or financial governance in a complex global organization
  • Experience managing cloud, compute, infrastructure, separation, divestiture, or account-transfer programs across cross-functional technical domains
  • Strong Lean, Kaizen, JDI, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capability with demonstrated ability to embed operating rhythms and measurable outcomes
  • Ability to use data, automation, and Generative AI to improve discovery, reporting, root-cause analysis, self-service adoption, and leadership decision-making
  • Strong financial governance skills, including commitments, receivables, invoice protocols, cost avoidance, billing anomaly resolution, KPI development, and governance cadence management
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, CTO, CISO, and business-unit teams
  • Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, workshop facilitation, documentation, and change-management skills
