Job Summary
Collate management reports, support Project Status reviews, and manage resource scheduling under direction. Conduct weekly and monthly audits, health checks, and analysis of project data to identify risks and trends. Support business analysis, process definition, systems administration, and country change management while maintaining internal systems like JIRA and MS Project Online. This 9-month full-time contract is office-based in Windsor or Edinburgh for new graduates proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills. InterSystems provides training in project management methodologies, though familiarity with healthcare systems and implementation processes is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
- Ability in fast learning of specific requirements of complex operations
- Recent or soon to be graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's
- Eligible to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
- Demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular, or work experiences
- Collaborative team mindset
- Flexible demeanour in an ever-changing work environment
- An awareness of project management methodologies
- Persuasive and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
