Job Summary
Establish and continuously improve the enterprise PMO framework, governance model, delivery methodology, and reporting standards. Manage the organization's portfolio of strategic projects across operations, customer service, technology, finance, and shared services, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate priorities. Oversee planning and execution of business transformation, digitalization, and operational improvement initiatives while prioritizing projects based on strategic value, business impact, risk, and resource availability. Develop executive-level dashboards, monitor progress, identify risks, and lead coaching of project managers to build delivery capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12-15 years of overall project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading or managing an enterprise PMO
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation, digitalization, technology, or operational excellence projects
- PMP certification
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Additional certifications such as PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma
- Experience in government services or visa services, travel, aviation, outsourcing, BPO, customer service, or service operations environments
