Job Summary
As a PMO Delivery Senior Associate at PwC, you will support the execution of client engagements by providing structured project governance, reporting, and operational support across transformation programs. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining PMO artifacts, tracking project health and delivery metrics, supporting financial tracking, and facilitating project governance meetings. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills along with a bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years of relevant experience. Experience in technology delivery and understanding of project management frameworks is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
- 3–8 years of PMO or project management experience within consulting, professional services, or large transformation programs
- Experience supporting technology delivery or transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle)
- Experience supporting Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Technology projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and program management frameworks
- Experience working across regional or global delivery environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience using PMO or project management tools (e.g., Clarizen, Cora, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance PMO reporting and delivery efficiency is a plus
