Job Summary
PMO Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield responsible for coordinating project management office activities for construction projects. Responsibilities include setting up new projects in the project management tool, submitting vendor user access requests, processing construction activities (e.g., bid waivers, hot work permits), drafting and routing project expenditure requisitions (PER), purchase orders (PO), and change orders (CO) for Capital and Operating Expense projects, and reviewing financial/contractual documents for data integrity. Collaborates with internal Project Managers, Client, Finance, and Procurement to ensure accurate routings, assists in project closeout, maintains document management, develops and implements programs to achieve goals and KPIs, establishes tracking and reporting tools within SLAs, raises and coordinates tech support tickets, escalates issues as needed, participates in meetings, updates process playbooks, generates reports, and addresses client concerns. Demonstrates Cushman & Wakefield core values and contributes to overall quality by adhering to standardized procedures and deadlines.
