Job Summary
Lead defined PMO activities within the Delivery Optimisation sub-practice for secure-government programmes, exercising autonomy to guide delivery, governance and controls. Own reporting cycles, governance coordination, control products, assurance support, financial tracking or risk management for major programmes; operate in a client-facing environment and progressively broaden expertise in PMO leadership, financial management or risk management. All roles require a minimum of 3 days in the office, with roles based in Cheltenham or Manchester and a commitment to being onsite for a minimum of 4 days per week. The role emphasizes strong PMO experience, collaboration across governance and delivery teams, and the use of data and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, MS Project) to support effective decision-making.
