Job Summary
Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to translate needs into high-quality requirements, map existing processes for simplification, and facilitate workshops for change impact communication. Produce management reports, analyze data for trends and risks, create dashboards, and support UAT coordination while ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory expectations. Assist with planning, RAID management, and governance preparation to strengthen delivery frameworks and enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows
- Experience working in project or PMO environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Experience within a central PMO or portfolio function
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Power BI
- Exposure to regulatory or risk-related change initiatives
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
- Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate's eligibility to work in Ireland
