Job Summary
Manage and deliver core PMO services in parallel, ensuring consistent alignment with project commitments and stakeholder standards. Collaborate with Change, Group Technology Services, and business stakeholders to embed and evolve the Change Delivery Framework, including its governance, control, and risk management models. Own, shape, and architect work while reviewing and refreshing key portfolio artefacts, tools, and knowledge repositories. Execute these duties within a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment focused on continuous improvement. Support the company's Tech Transformation and AI implementation programmes as part of our £8 billion loan book portfolio.

Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst / Co-ordinator
- Expertise in the Microsoft suite of applications (i.e. Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, MS Office Suite, in particular M365, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Teams etc)
- Innate ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic, challenging environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
