Job Summary

PMO Analyst to support the Life Change Portfolio with governance, reporting, and delivery coordination. The role includes maintaining project logs (risk, issues), preparing materials for governance forums, coordinating submissions to SteerCos, tracking milestones and benefits, assisting with monthly cost tracking and financial reporting, supporting SOW and third‐party cost processes, and ensuring adherence to Change Standards. The candidate will work with Programme/Project Managers, Finance and key stakeholders to ensure well-governed, transparent delivery of change initiatives, across agile, waterfall, and hybrid methods, in a fast-paced financial services environment. Strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement, with proficiency in ServiceNow and JIRA, plus MS Office and governance frameworks. A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset is desired, along with experience in budgeting, accruals, and cost-management within PMO contexts.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a PMO Analyst or similar project/programme support within a business change or transformation environment, ideally in financial services
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Experience using project management systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA or equivalent
  • Strong governance, reporting requirements and delivery controls understanding
  • Ability to operate across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery models
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset and strong stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to prepare meeting materials, governance packs and reporting for SteerCos and assurance forums
  • Experience with cost tracking, forecast vs actuals and financial reporting
  • Ability to support statements of work and third-party cost processes
  • Experience in risk management, RAID logging and issue tracking
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and collaborative working style
  • Ability to identify process improvements and support lessons learned
  • Integrity and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and health checks
