PMO Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Job Summary
PMO Analyst responsible for governance, tracking, and reporting across enterprise transformation programs. Responsibilities include maintaining governance artifacts (charters, RACI, risk logs), preparing steering/PMO/workstream meeting materials, tracking actions/risks/issues, developing schedules and executive dashboards (Power BI, MS Project), monitoring milestones, budgets, and resource utilization, and coordinating with Finance/Procurement on invoices and PO processing. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in PMO/project coordination, with SAP S/4HANA and ERP familiarity; proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of PMO, project analyst, or project coordinator experience on enterprise transformation programs
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business transformation; SAP S/4HANA highly preferred
- Expert level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), SharePoint, and Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with SAP project lifecycle, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and global rollout frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience interfacing with external system integrators and global delivery teams
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
