Job Summary
PMO Manager responsible for driving operational excellence across Product and Technology. Define, standardize, and continuously improve PMO processes, governance, and performance measurement frameworks to enable scalable, predictable delivery. Partner with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to align strategy with execution. Implement standardized delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or scaled models as appropriate) and establish governance models balancing agility with accountability. Drive roadmapping, quarterly/PI planning, cross-functional program execution, risk mitigation, KPI definition and reporting, and tooling optimization (e.g., Jira, Jellyfish). Build dashboards to provide visibility into delivery predictability, throughput, cycle time, product outcomes, and business impact. Enable data-driven decision-making, advise teams and leaders on best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or operations in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe
- Demonstrated ability to implement metrics-driven performance systems
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience partnering with Engineering leadership to improve end-to-end software delivery across planning, execution, release, and post-release learning
- Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize metrics across delivery predictability, engineering quality, reliability, and team effectiveness
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage credibly on SDLC, architecture dependencies, release management, and engineering workflow improvements
