Job Summary
Lead the industrial growth strategy for the Albacete site by defining sizing scenarios, managing complex stakeholder requirements, and ensuring the seamless entry into service of new infrastructure and programs. Develop and prepare site sizing scenarios that balance on-site and off-site solutions, while creating and maintaining a rigorous roadmap for on-time program delivery. Supervise the scope of new constructions, orchestrate cross-functional coordination with Facilities, HSE, Security, and IT, and actively drumbeat project progress to identify intermediate solutions for bottlenecks. Escalate critical conflicts to senior leadership and ensure alignment with the National H/C Plan and government industrial agreements. Requires 5-8 years of PMO experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and mastery of PM tools and industrial planning methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5—8 years of experience in a PMO or Lead Project Management role
- Experience in the Aerospace or Defense manufacturing sector
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial site expansions or complex infrastructure ramp-up projects
- Experience working on projects with high-level governmental industrial requirements or national strategic plans
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Security, Facilities) in a matrix organization
- Mastery of PM tools and methodologies
- Ability to conduct capacity planning and sizing simulations for manufacturing environments
- Deep understanding of FTE management and industrial ramp-up logistics
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and security protocols for industrial aerospace sites
- A proactive ability to push projects forward, maintain momentum, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
- Skilled at navigating competing interests between different internal departments
- Ability to distill complex project statuses into clear executive summaries for the Head of Site and senior leadership
- Capability to develop intermediate solutions when primary plans face delays to ensure continuous site growth
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks
- Commitment to act with integrity
