Job Summary
PMO Admin Intern role focusing on corporate administration and office support at Philips. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional office environment, collaborating with office management, facilities, HR, and external visitors to ensure seamless daily operations, and gaining hands-on experience in administration, customer service, and cross-department coordination within a global enterprise. The position is office/onsite with a requirement for in-person work at least 3 days per week, for 4–6 months, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher, and requires strong English skills and a customer-service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in English (excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Available for 4-5 working days per week with an internship duration of 4–6 months
- Office-based role with onsite presence at least 3 days per week
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented and responsible
