Job Summary
PMHNP with California license sought as an independent contractor to provide clinical assessments, diagnostic workups, and treatment planning for mental health patients. The role supports telehealth delivery with flexible scheduling, EHR access, and care coordination; Rula handles credentialing, billing, marketing, and compliance. Requires active CA license, DEA registration, ANCC PMHNP certification, and ability to practice via telehealth. Compensation available per clinical visit with upfront scheduling flexibility, and paneled patients within a HIPAA-compliant framework. Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted license and valid DEA number registered in California
- 1+ years as PMHNP with experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, managing psychiatric medications and treatment plans, and crisis management
- Independent licensure or working with collaborating MD as required by state law
- ANCC certification as PMHNP
- PMP registration with state
- No suspensions/exclusions/debarments from federal programs in past 3 years
- Master's or Doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing from an accredited program
- Ability to provide telehealth
