Job Summary
PMHNP with licensed board and practice-operations leadership role combining direct psychiatric care with clinic operations. Lead workflow improvements, staffing models, patient flow, and provider support; oversee daily operations, ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance; mentor administrative team; drive KPIs and patient satisfaction; approximately 5 days/week schedule, no weekends; Cincinnati-area offices with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Required Board License – PMHNP
- Ability to work at Cincinnati offices; occasional car travel to other office locations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team.
- Two years relevant clinical health experience preferred.
- Healthcare management experience preferred.
