Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive behavioral healthcare for adult and child/adolescent populations through in-person clinic visits and digital telemedicine. Manage patient medications and provide therapy services while collaborating with psychiatrists and licensed therapists. Deliver evidenced-based, medically driven treatment in a modern office setting with full administrative support for billing and scheduling. Requires Illinois licensure, PMHNP-BC certification, active DEA, and minimum one year of medication management experience. Offers W2 fee-for-service compensation, paid malpractice insurance, signing bonus, and generous benefits including 401k matching and parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Illinois with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC)
- holding an active DEA
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with medication management
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy

- Full Practice Authority License for Illinois
