Job Summary
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) needed to join a well-established Behavioral Health team in a mission-driven Montana community health organization. Responsibilities include comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention and stabilization, follow-up care and continuity post-hospitalization, and collaborative care management with primary care providers. Practice uses evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and play therapy, with psychopharmacology appointments and referrals as appropriate. Requires 2–3 years of PMHNP experience and a commitment to an integrated care model.
