Job Summary
PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) with CA license sought as an independent contractor to provide clinical assessments, diagnostic workups, and treatment planning for mental health patients via telehealth. Role includes medication management, crisis management, and coordination with Rula’s credentialing, billing, and marketing support. Requires ANCC PMHNP certification, PMP registration, no prior suspensions, and a master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric-mental health nursing. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience with mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, managing common psychiatric medication and treatment plans, and managing crisis situations
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Registration with state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
- No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal healthcare programs
- A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited university or graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing
- The ability to provide telehealth
