Job Summary
Provide clinical assessments for patients seeking mental healthcare, including diagnostic assessments, psychiatric workups, and treatment planning with medication management. Work as an independent contractor via Rula, focusing on delivering high-quality care while Rula handles credentialing, marketing, insurance verification, billing, EHR, audits, and compliance. Must hold an active CA PMHNP license, ANCC certification, PMP registration, and be able to provide telehealth. The role involves working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, using the Rula platform to connect with patients; includes access to EHR and telehealth, with support from Care Coordination and a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner
- active, unrestricted PMHNP license in California
- Certification as a PMHNP by the ANCC
- Registration with state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
- No suspension/exclusion/debarment from federal healthcare programs in past 3 years
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing
- Ability to provide telehealth
