Job Summary
Provide clinical psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management for patients via telehealth. Independent contractor role where Rula handles credentialing, marketing, billing, insurance verification, audits, and compliance, enabling focus on patient care. Must hold active CA PMHNP license and ANCC certification; 1+ years of PMHNP experience; access to telehealth and EHR platform; support from care coordination and billing teams; opportunity to paneled with insurers within ~30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in California
- 1+ years of experience as a PMHNP with experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, medication management, and crisis management
- Master's or Doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as PMHNP by ANCC
- Registration with state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
- No suspensions or debarments from nursing boards or credentialing bodies in past 3 years
- Ability to provide telehealth
- Independent contractor (1099) arrangement
