PMHNP, Full-time, 1.0 FTE

PMHNP role in Summit Pacific Rural Health Clinic providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, brief psychotherapeutic interventions, and medication-assisted treatment within outpatient clinics. Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering team-based coordinated care, with emphasis on crisis risk assessment, documentation in electronic medical records, and collaboration with primary care providers, patients, their caregivers, and other providers. Requires WA APRN licensure, DEA number, PMHNP certification, MAT waiver, and BLS. Outpatient setting in Elma, WA with a focus on integrating mental health services with primary care and supportive services.
