PMCM Handover Manager (Saudi National)

Job Summary
Oversee testing, commissioning, and contract handover deliverables for large-scale infrastructure projects; coordinate daily with project directors, contractors, and subcontractors; maintain asset handover tracker; review testing and commissioning plans, witness on-site activities, and collate handover documentation (as-built drawings, certificates, warranties, O&M/training manuals); coordinate approvals and final signoffs with stakeholders; provide weekly status updates and a final handover report with lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in handover management, testing and commissioning, or related roles in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- LEED certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of testing and commissioning processes, asset handover requirements, and documentation standards
- Proficiency in managing handover trackers, monitoring logs, and preparing detailed reports
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assets and stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards
