Job Summary
Act as the Owner’s (ADNOC) representative within the PMC team, overseeing and ensuring that all construction activities executed by EPC contractors are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Piping Construction Engineer
- On-site construction oversight in oil and gas projects
- PMC role experience preferred
- Ability to ensure schedule, budget, safety and quality compliance
- Familiarity with ADNOC standards and international best practices
- Coordination with EPC contractors
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary interfaces in complex projects
