Job Summary
PMB / Operations Manager (OPS MGR) supports senior leadership in executive operations, program management, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge management for an Intelligence Community mission. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars and meetings, tracking actions and deliverables, preparing executive materials and dashboards, coordinating across mission managers, technical teams, and leadership, supporting requirements management, risk management, and contract performance, and ensuring clear communication with federal partners and stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive ownership, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while aligning priorities and driving program objectives to completion.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be substituted
- Minimum of 14 years of experience supporting executive leadership, program management offices, operations management, project management, business process analysis, or Intelligence Community programs
- Experience providing direct support to Government Program Managers and senior executives managing multiple Intelligence Community initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience coordinating with senior government officials, mission managers, and technical teams
