Job Summary
Schedule and perform complex preventative, predictive maintenance, and equipment repairs while conducting general fabrication and machinist work. Lead the maintenance team by assigning daily tasks, troubleshooting problems, and overseeing operations in accordance with safety rules and regulations. Take elective cross-training opportunities to expand technical capabilities. This role requires 8+ years of general maintenance experience with demonstrated supervisory skills, located in a plant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of current supervisory techniques
- Expert knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance functions
- Expert knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools
- Strong time management, organization and prioritizing skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and written repair manuals
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' of technical training in general maintenance
- 8+ years' general maintenance experience
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
