Job Summary
Coordinate program management planning, execution, and reporting processes for enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. Assess requirements, software, sustainment, and advanced technology initiatives while operating in agile development environments using Jira and Confluence. Develop, document, and improve standard operating procedures to ensure processes are reliable, repeatable, and sustainable. Assist in defining process improvement strategies, lessons learned, and change management techniques across all phases of acquisition. Brief senior level leaders and coordinate among multiple organizations to obtain necessary information. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 15 years of process improvement experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education from an accredited school or university
- Four years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelors' Degree
- Fifteen (15) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
