Job Summary
Coordinate defined subprojects and work packages for Transfer of Work initiatives, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives. Prepare project profiles, agree service levels with ordering departments and suppliers, and develop procedural concepts including cost evaluations and technology processes. Launch and accompany process qualifications while integrating project contents into existing production flows. Document project status for technical engineering, costs, and quality; conduct work progress meetings and trace project costs. Create analyses and summaries for evaluations and dashboards. Maintain documents and tables to support project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- A diploma/bachelor degree in business administration, or engineering
- Several years of professional experience in consulting, project management or comparable qualification
- Experience in leading various projects
- High resilience and assertiveness
- High Team & communication skills
- Business fluent English
- Basic knowledge in SAP
- Experience in G Suite
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks
- Commitment to act with integrity
