Job Summary
Deliver guest food and drink orders while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hotel. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers certifications, and follow portion control and POS system procedures. Serve guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and ensure room service trays are returned for breakdown. Perform opening and closing side work, keep hallways clear of debris, and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Work full-time hours at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, part of Aimbridge Hospitality's global portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
