Job Summary
Leads and sustains high-quality kitchen operations as Sous Chef for the PM shift, collaborating with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency. Responsibilities include supervising culinary staff, training, menu development and seasonal offerings, inventory control, cost management, and adherence to sanitation/HACCP standards. Provides leadership in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, manages daily prep schedules and line checks, and supports ordering/receiving processes while maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment. Requires strong English proficiency; Spanish is a plus. Candidate should have 18+ years age, high school or equivalent education, and either culinary institute certification with 4 years of practical experience or 8–10 years of fine-dining cooking experience with 2 years in supervision.
