Greet and seat dinner guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system, and deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and timing standards. Provide detailed knowledge of menu offerings, wine list, and daily specials to upsell premium items and enhance guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Maintain a polished, clean, and professional dining environment while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle payments accurately following cash-handling and credit card procedures. Requires previous restaurant serving experience with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
