Job Summary
Hilton Marco Island Resort is hiring a dynamic PM Server with essential service skills to provide high guest satisfaction in food and beverage service. Full-time position with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food preparation
- Knowledge of wine and liquor
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to remember menu items
- Ability to transport large trays up to 30 lbs
- Experiences with POS systems
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies
- Ability to perform tasks as directed by supervisor
Desired Qualifications
- Prior F&B experience preferred on a high volume hotel or restaurant
- Bi-lingual preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol
