PM Server at The Hive

Restaurant Server at 21c Museum Hotels; engages with guests, takes and communicates orders, makes recommendations, and sells menu items to enhance guest experience. Must know menu descriptions and ingredients, wines by the glass, and be able to describe beverages and garnishes. Maintains a cheerful, efficient service style, ensures proper stocking of the service station, completes side work, adheres to sanitation guidelines, and uses a POS system. Must be flexible to work nights and weekends, be dependable and punctual, possess strong English communication, and present a clean, professional appearance; prior experience in upscale dining preferred. Reports to Restaurant Managers and Food & Beverage Director; background check required; equal opportunity employer.
