Job Summary
Conduct routine safety inspections, Job Safety Audits, and monitor compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations at client sites. Identify workplace hazards, assist with PPE distribution, and respond to employee inquiries regarding safety procedures. Support new hire orientations in English and Spanish, facilitate ongoing training sessions, and assist with accident investigations, injury reporting, and return-to-work programs. Maintain safety files, reports, and compliance documentation while ensuring records remain up to date. This seasonal, full-time role in Terra Bella, CA offers paid training, mentorship, and OSHA certification opportunities for bilingual candidates with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally between client locations as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with employees and leading small group trainings
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs when needed
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, agricultural, and outdoor environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, staffing, or customer service
- Knowledge of OSHA or workplace safety standards
- Previous experience training or working directly with employees
