Job Summary
Support portfolio planning efforts through the collection and maintenance of accurate data and develop Excel-based models to evaluate portfolio data and provide insights. Conduct financial analysis development, track real estate strategies through development and approval processes, and prepare PowerPoint presentations that articulate strategy recommendations or explain real estate analysis issues. Collaborate with on-account and platform C&W team members for data gathering, validation, research, best practice learnings, and skill expansion. Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to drive portfolio optimization scenarios. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with travel possible.
