Job Summary
Lead inpatient rehabilitation care and program development as Medical Director for an established facility in Green Bay, WI. Conduct patient evaluations and oversee interdisciplinary team collaboration while managing approximately 20% administrative duties within the medical leadership scope. Deliver high-quality rehab services with patients seen at least three days per week on a Monday–Friday schedule, with no required weekends or night call. Receive a generous Medical Director stipend to support this rewarding leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatrist) physician
- BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Active medical license in the state where the facility is located
- Monday – Friday schedule (No required weekends or night call)
- Patients are seen at least 3 days per week
- Approximately 20% administrative duties within scope of medical leadership
