Job Summary
QA/QC Technician will inspect inbound/outbound product, perform temperature and culture tests, document inspections, monitor organic handling practices, and conduct critical control point testing under HACCP. Responsibilities include calibration of weights and thermometers, packaging and seal testing, shelf-life and microbiological sampling, sanitation evaluations, GMP monitoring, and maintaining compliant documentation. Requires HACCP certification or training, solid food-quality inspection experience, and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong communication in English is needed to ensure safety procedures are followed and documented accurately. Onsite role located in Stuart, FL.
Required Qualifications
