PM Production Supervisor leads and oversees production department activities under the Operations Manager, enforces policies, coordinates with departments, trains assistants, and maintains productivity, safety, yield, quality, sanitation, and customer specifications in a high-demand food production setting in Stuart, FL. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely paperwork, reporting attendance and performance issues, addressing safety and quality standards, maintaining morale, and supporting overtime and scheduling needs. Required Qualifications
