Job Summary
Lead strategic leadership of rebar placing operations at branch and job site levels while coordinating with sales and operational teams to achieve safety, productivity, and profitability goals. Provide oversight of installation work to ensure execution is safe, efficient, on schedule, and within budget. Pre-plan work activities, collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities, and develop detailing and fabrication plans that support profitable job execution. Coach supervisors and foremen to drive performance, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and share best practices across teams. Review safety and production results to identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions. Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing and assist with annual budget development aligned with market share objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- At least 10 years of experience in rebar installation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience pricing installation work
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- At least 5 years of experience in the reinforcing steel market
- Travel and frequent job site visits
- Must be able to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
- Must wear personal protective equipment such as safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and arm guards on jobsites
Desired Qualifications
- STSC Certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
